Where do you pick up?
Directly at your cruise terminal — Akershus or Filipstad. Just share your berth details when booking and we'll be waiting when you disembark.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as possible is ideal, but we can often accommodate bookings the day before or even the morning of — just message us on WhatsApp and we'll confirm availability.
What if the ship is delayed?
We monitor your ship's schedule. If your arrival is delayed, we adjust. Your tour time is counted from actual disembarkation, not the original schedule.
Will you get me back in time?
Always. We plan every excursion around your departure time with a comfortable buffer. We know the consequences of missing a ship and take it seriously.
How many people fit in the car?
Up to 4 passengers comfortably in a Tesla Model Y. Have a larger group? Contact us and we'll arrange a solution.
What currency / payment?
We accept cash (NOK or EUR), card payment, and Vipps. Payment details are confirmed when you book via WhatsApp.
